Stowe Meadows Bakery a.k.a Skip The Gluten is the sister baking company of Stowe Meadows Bed & Breakfast Inn located in Stowe, Vermont, USA.   Stowe Meadows specializes in Gluten-Free and Wheat-Free dining and features a gourmet breakfast, lunch and 4-course dinner service daily.   All menu items are prepared daily at the Inn and feature fresh, organic produce from local Vermont and New Hampshire farms when available.  

Stowe Meadows offers the Stowe area the ultimate in luxury accommodations, privacy and high-tech amenities, all in a boutique lodge setting. We are nestled on a 23-acre private wooded estate between the mountain ridges of Mt. Mansfield and Elmore Mountain. We are a 10 minute drive from Stowe Village Center and are within 30 minutes of Smuggler’s Notch, Mansfield and Bolton ski slopes and we are just 60 minutes from Jay Peak.

Stowe Meadows offers four beautifully appointed private suites designed to immerse our guests in luxury and romance. Each suite offers a haven of relaxation with panoramic views, indulgent linens, bath products, goose-down pillows and duvets. Guests have complimentary access to the most technologically advanced amenities including wireless network access, iPods preloaded with special musical requests, in-room iHome iPod-ready clock/radios, and Garmin GPS watches for hiking/running and biking.  Access to our fully appointed business center is also complimentary. Additionally each guest room is equipped with wireless telephones (local and long-distance complimentary in the US & Canada), 26” flat-screen, high-definition televisions, DVDs and satellite TV programming.

Guests at Stowe Meadows begin each day with a complimentary coffee/tea and juice service delivered to their room prior to breakfast. A complimentary gourmet breakfast service (continental, full and "to go" options) is also included. An optional four-course dinner service is available. Dinner reservations are suggested. We are also pleased to support the National Celiac Foundation and offer gluten-free and wheat-free menus for all dining services.
