Stowe Meadows Bakery trail mix was born at Stowe Meadows, our Bed & Breakfast Inn in Stowe, VT.   Many guests requested a "snack" that was healthy, easy to carry, did not require refrigeration and was not a dessert.    Hum....how about gluten-free, wheat-free trail mix??
